  • stuck in your career?
  • overlooked or unappreciated at work?
  • overworked or overwhelmed?
  • unsupported or “thrown in at the deep end”?
  • misunderstood by your colleagues, managers or team?

Do you feel:

Are you:

  • considering a career change?
  • starting a new career?
  • taking on new responsibilities?
  • in a leadership or management role for the first time?
  • navigating organisational change or upheaval?
  • in a period of transition (including changing working hours, returning to work after substantial absence, retiring)?

If so, then workplace coaching can help with any of these.

I’m an independent, accredited coach with over 30 years of leadership and management experience including organisational and strategic leadership; consortium, team and project leadership; people management and mentoring.

Workplace coaching isn’t restricted to any specific profession: my coaching expertise and approach will be effective in supporting you through your career challenges irrespective of your professional sector.

With a career track as a Professor in one of the UK’s leading Electronic and Engineering Schools, a long history of internationally recognised research in semiconductors, and working partnerships with the energy and transport engineering industries, I can deliver high-performance coaching in these areas, combining professional coaching skills with high-level technical insight into your field of work.

I’m a neurodiversity-aware coach: if you have autism, ADHD or other neurodivergent characteristics, then we can address, in coaching, how this affects or magnifies your workplace challenges and identify courses of action tailored to you, your needs, and how you think and work.
